Flat Rate Shipping

We use a single flat rate of $9.99 for most items and $14.99 for heavier items 
For all shipments
you only pay delivery on one item, all the rest are shipped free of charge.
Any variation of shipping will be clear before you have to checkout or pay.

Week Day  Shipping

All items are posted from Sydney, Australia
We post Monday – Friday using Australia Post.

Orders received before 11:00am will be processed the same day Monday to Friday.
If you place an order after Friday 11am (i.e. anytime over the weekend) it will be shipped Monday morning (first thing)
If you place your order after 11am on Sunday – Thursday it will be shipped the next morning!

Australia Post Parcel Service

Your order is trackable, Australia Post, or I, will text or email  you a tracking number when the item is scanned at the post office   This will be the tracking number that you can use to check where your parcel is, on the Australia Post website anytime.

The shipping grid below will give you an indication of delivery times you might expect during normal trading,
please add a few more days for delivery around peak holiday times.

REALITY OF SHIPPING: Some days Australia post will surprise you with deliveries within the schedule and other times several days over.  And rarely they just send it to another state!!!!!
The Good news: Their success rate for on-time deliveries is well over 90%,  BUT 
just to be safe don’t order those special birthday presents with only a few days to go, WE will get them out on time, but the rest is up to Australia Post.

Loss and damage during delivery:

Our lovely fairy workers at Bambino check all toys and gifts to make sure they are in perfect condition and not faulty prior to packaging and every item is packaged with great care. We always post with tracking- so that your order can be tracked.
Australia Post is a reliable delivery service, however sometimes mishaps can occur.
We cannot take responsibility for issues that take place while package is in transit.
If a package is delayed, arrives damaged or not at all; please contact us immediately by email or phone and we will do everything possible to ensure you are satisfied.

Order and Return Policy:

We want our customers to be happy with the items purchased from us.
If for some reason there is a problem with the item, then please contact us to discuss the matter.
We will either offer a store credit or replace the toy (you only receive money back if item is faulty). You must return the item (at your cost) AND contact us -within 7 days (with all packaging and in good order) for full refund – if faulty (we cannot refund your postage costs). Please note: Hand made items such as Grimms and Grapat wooden toys and crochet fairtrade items etc are all one-off items and can feature differences of colour, patterns, wood grains and variations in colour on grain, with what may appear to be natural differences due to the nature of wood. These are not faults and will not be replaced or refunded. Happy to see photos if you are concerned.
Also no refund/exchange on Bedhead Hats – due to current COVID-19 conditions – please be certain of size or considering the special pricing we are offering- if it is too small – perhaps you can gift it to a friend or other person in need.

Stock is subject to availability.
Although we aim to ensure information on our website is correct, we reserve the right to change pricing and availability to its correct form if found to be incorrect. We are human and technology is designed by humans. So don’t be too hard on us!
